Copyright notice requirements

Your notice should include:

• Your full name and a reliable way for us to contact you.
• Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed.
• The exact website URL or enough detail for us to locate the allegedly infringing material.
• A statement that you have a good-faith belief the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
• A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are authorized to act for the copyright owner.
• Your physical or electronic signature.

Our response

We may request additional information, remove or restrict access to the identified material, and notify the person who provided it. Incomplete or inaccurate notices may delay our response.

Counter-notice

If your content was removed because of a mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notice through the same support channel. Include your contact details, identification of the removed material and its former location, a statement under penalty of perjury that removal resulted from mistake or misidentification, consent to the jurisdiction required by applicable law, and your physical or electronic signature.

Misrepresentation

Knowingly making a false infringement claim or counter-notice may create legal liability. Consider seeking independent legal advice if you are unsure whether material is protected or whether a use is authorized.

Repeat infringement

Where appropriate, Preazy may restrict or terminate access for users who repeatedly infringe intellectual property rights.
